Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LinkedSpaces mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

LinkedSpaces is a mobile application designed to help you organize your photos by location, identify trips, and create personalized travel recaps.

The App provides:

  • Photo organization by location and date

  • Trip identification and grouping

  • Travel recap generation

  • Location-based features and recommendations
     

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
     

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

  • Do not share your account with others

  • You are responsible for the content you create or share
     

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the App

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App

  • Impersonate others or provide false information

  • Share content that violates others’ privacy rights
     

User Content

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of photos and content you create

  • You grant us a limited license to use your content to provide App services

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share

  • You warrant that you have all rights to the content you provide
     

Content Standards

  • Content must be legal and appropriate

  • Content must not violate others’ rights

  • Content must not be offensive, harmful, or discriminatory

  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unlawful content
     

Photo Sharing

  • When you choose to share photos, they may be visible to others

  • You can control privacy settings for shared content

  • We are not responsible for how others use shared content
     

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
 

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • The App and its features are owned by us or our licensors

  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to us

  • You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission
     

Your Rights

  • You own the content you create

  • You grant us a license to use your content solely for App functionality

  • You may delete your content or account at any time
     

Service Availability

Availability

  • We strive to keep the App available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

  • Maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
     

Updates

  • We may release updates that improve or change functionality

  • You may need to update the App to continue using it

  • We are not obligated to provide ongoing support or updates
     

Fees and Payments

Free Features

  • Core features are available at no cost

  • We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future
     

Premium Features (if applicable)

  • Premium features may require payment

  • Payment terms are governed by separate agreements

  • Refunds are handled according to App Store or platform policies
     

Termination

By You

  • You may stop using the App at any time

  • You may delete your account through the App settings

  • Account deletion will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
     

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • You misuse the App or harm other users

  • We are required to do so by law or legal process
     

Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
 

Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

  • LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP

  • DAMAGES FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DATA LOSS
     

Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
 

Indentification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of others’ rights

  • Content you upload or share
     

Dispute Resolution

Severability

Users under 18 must have parental consent.
We reserve the right to delete accounts that do not meet age requirements.
 

Geographic Restrictions

The App may not be available in all regions.
You are responsible for complying with local laws where you use the App.
 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
natural disasters, war, terrorism, or internet outages.

BY USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND,
